Affiliate Marketing Agreement
This Affiliate Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Asali Himali Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the laws of Nepal with its principal place of business at [Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and [Affiliate’s Full Name], an individual residing at [Affiliate’s Address], hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliate.”
- Purpose
The Affiliate agrees to promote and market the Company’s products through the sharing of a personalized referral code provided by the Company. The Affiliate understands that they are acting as an independent party and are not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. - Affiliate Status
The Affiliate is not an employee of the Company and voluntarily chooses to participate in this program to earn commissions. The Affiliate’s involvement is solely for promotional purposes, and they are responsible for their own actions and results. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship. - Commission and Sales Process
The Affiliate does not directly sell or deliver products to customers. They share their referral code with potential buyers. Any purchase made by a customer using the referral code will result in a commission for the Affiliate. If the Affiliate makes a purchase themselves using their own referral code, it is considered a personal purchase, and no commission is earned. - Compensation
The Affiliate will receive a commission on sales made through their referral code as per the Company’s affiliate program terms. The commission rate and payment terms will be communicated separately and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. - Independent Affiliate
The Affiliate agrees and understands that their role is purely independent. They are responsible for any applicable taxes, legal, or financial obligations arising from the income they earn through this affiliate program. The Company is not liable for any claims arising from the Affiliate’s actions. - Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice if the Affiliate is found to be in violation of the Company’s policies or for any other reason deemed fit by the Company.
